About the Role
The Deutsche Bank Foreign Exchange team is a recognized leader in global financial markets. This role focuses on risk management for Foreign Exchange (FX) Forwards in New York, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Pricing of client deals
- Managing risk to FX Swap, interest rate, and Cross Currency Swap markets
- Driving business growth
- Funding desk cash positions
- Liaising with other traders in pricing transactions involving multiple books
- Interacting with sales and originations to generate new business
Requirements
- Experience of pricing and managing FX Forwards & STIR products
- Knowledge of all short end rate derivatives, XCCY swaps, and FX Forwards
- Excellent spreadsheet and database skills (Matlab, Visual Basic for applications, Java)
- Proven risk management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to understand and interpret market trends
- Able to identify, communicate, and market trade ideas
