About the Role
This internship offers the opportunity to join the investment team of Eurazeo Capital, a mid-large buyout strategy focused on market-leading companies in technology-enabled business services, healthcare & life sciences, and financial services. You will contribute across the full investment cycle, gaining hands-on experience in screening opportunities, supporting live transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Assess commercial rationale and financial profile of investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research for investment opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with advisers and expert calls to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Support the deal team during live deals.
- Coordinate with advisers and consultants during deal execution.
- Assist in drafting internal deliverables, such as Investment Committee memos.
- Contribute to ongoing portfolio companies’ reporting, performance, and ad hoc analyses.
- Contribute to building financial models, including operating models and LBOs.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-ranking university.
- Previous experience in finance (e.g. M&A, PE, transaction services) or strategy consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Keen interest in investing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance & accounting fundamentals.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be legally authorised to work in the UK.
- Visa is not sponsored.
