About the Role
SAIC is seeking an experienced Joint Lessons Learned Analyst to provide program support to the Training and Analysis Branch of United States US Pacific Command (US PACOM) J7.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the observation and evaluation of exercise and real-world lessons learned for USINDOPACOM and its subordinate battle staffs.
- Serve as US PACOM Analyst for the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS), including training staff, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring JLLIS inputs are structured and relevant.
- Attend USINDOPACOM battle rhythm events as required and represent J751 equities.
- Deliver briefs regarding lessons learned.
- Assist with filing reports and maintaining lessons-learned and exercise summary report databases using US PACOM systems.
Requirements
- Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of the Joint Training System
