About the Role
As part of our Engineering team, you will actively contribute to the development of innovative SaaS products (back-end, front-end, infrastructure) in a demanding environment, with a direct impact on strategic projects. In close collaboration with Product, QA, and DevOps teams, you will balance the development of innovative features with the consolidation of existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy web applications, identifying relevant architectures.
- Participate in the entire development cycle, from technical design to implementation.
- Utilize IDE assistants and contribute to the design of agentic workflows.
- Participate in the setup and optimization of infrastructure (CI, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Contribute to the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
- Manage development and production environments.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer in demanding technical environments.
- Perfect mastery of programming fundamentals (best practices, OOP, data structures, and algorithms).
- Ability to document work clearly.
- Comfortable with continuous deployment methodologies.
- Act with sobriety: humility and self-questioning are qualities you identify with.
- Passionate and maintain technical knowledge through monitoring, open-source contributions, hackathons, or side projects.
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a taste for ambitious technical challenges.
- Fluent written English for documentation, libraries, and exchanges.
- Minimum knowledge of Docker is essential.
- Rigorous versioning and continuous deployment with Git.
- Active use of an AI assistant in the IDE with practical experience, notions of prompt and harness engineering.

- Mastery of at least one language besides Python (TypeScript, Go, Rust, Scala, Java, etc.)

- Proven back-end technology (Django, Fastapi, Fastify, Nest.js, Express, Spring)
- Relational databases

Salary/Compensations
- €60,000 - €75,000 gross annually
