Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day salon operations, staffing, and standards
- Recruit, train, and develop talent at every level
- Act as a true TONI&GUY brand ambassador
Requirements
- Proven Salon Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a premium salon
- Qualified Stylist or Colour Technician
- Commercially driven, organised, and people-focused
- Passionate about leadership, growth, and great hair
