About the Role
Jimmy Smith Allstate Insurance is seeking a motivated, people-focused professional for an Insurance Office Representative role in Austin. This position offers an opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance sales, with a focus on helping customers find the right solutions.
Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Recommend insurance products and coverage based on each customer's situation.
- Prepare quotes and explain coverage, discounts, and options.
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
- Generate new business and work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
- Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer information and agency records.
- Participate in training and coaching to continue developing your skills.
Requirements
- Insurance sales experience is preferred, especially Allstate experience.
- Active Property & Casualty license is a plus (must be obtained upon hire).
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
