About the Role
Intermate is one of the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region, part of the global SAMY network. We develop social-first strategies, produce content in our own studios, collaborate with creators, and manage campaigns data-driven through our own technology. Our clients are some of the most well-known brands globally, spanning lifestyle, FMCG, and tech. This role involves leading and developing a project management team and serving as a strategic point of contact for complex client projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your project management team and act as a strategic point of contact for complex client projects.
- Develop and implement holistic social media strategies in collaboration with strategy and social media departments, acting as a strategic sparring partner for clients with large budgets.
- Be responsible for top-tier operational and strategic client consulting, ensuring the successful execution of 360-degree campaigns.
- Manage complex project workflows, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Leverage strong social media expertise to add significant value to the team, ensuring optimal client consultation and excellent campaign execution.
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience (larger team) in client service or account management, ideally in a social media or digital agency.
- In-depth expertise in social media strategy development and extensive experience consulting clients with complex requirements.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to act as a competent sparring partner with C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, confidence with clients, and the ability to convey complex issues clearly.
- Experience in managing large budgets and leading interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic agency environment.
- Fluent German and proficient English for communication with international stakeholders.
- Ideally, experience in production.
