About the Role
As a Growth Intern, you will work closely with the founding team at the intersection of Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. You will identify growth potentials, develop new ideas, and implement them independently, from initial analysis to measurable results. You will receive real responsibility and the opportunity to directly see the impact of your work on the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop ideas for new acquisition channels and implement them independently.
- Conceive growth experiments, define hypotheses and KPIs, and evaluate the results.
- Support the development and implementation of campaigns, content formats, and other customer acquisition measures.
- Work with relevant KPIs and translate data into concrete recommendations for action.
- Take responsibility from the initial idea to implementation and ensure that things are actually implemented.
- Gain direct insight into strategic decisions and work on topics crucial for the company's further growth.
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed studies, e.g., in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Natural Sciences, or Social Sciences – preferably at a renowned university.
- Initial practical experience is advantageous, e.g., through internships, working student positions, own projects, startups, or student engagement.
- Enjoy understanding numbers, recognizing connections, and deriving concrete measures from them.
- Proactive attitude: You don't wait to be told what to do, but try things out and see them through.
- Interest in startups, growth, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
- High quality standards, self-responsibility, and very good communication skills.
- Work in a structured, fast, and solution-oriented manner.
- Fluent German language skills (min. C1).
