About the Role
As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will shape and execute the strategic agenda across Entain's Americas and Southern Europe markets. You will identify growth opportunities, support investment decisions, and drive initiatives to improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-visibility, growth strategy projects by conducting strategic analysis, financial modeling and synthesizing conclusions for executive leaders.
- Lead the development and implementation of plans to operationalize strategy for revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
- Provide strategic guidance and support engagement with key external vendors.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and implement structures to evaluate and optimize business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Derive business insights from data analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Provide thought leadership and a growth perspective to the organization.
- Proactively lead and facilitate the flow of ideas and information within the broader company.
Requirements
- Strong undergraduate degree.
- Extensive experience in strategy consulting, ideally at a top-tier consultancy with 6-10 years post undergrad or 2-3 years post MBA.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
- Knowledge and ability to apply business frameworks.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Proficiency in business writing and verbal communications, including executive presentations.
- Strong project management and operational execution skills.
- Strong interest in betting, games, media, technology, and entertainment industries.
- Fluent English speaker; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
