Responsibilities

PMO support for projects, including budget, revenue, and profitability checks, as well as quality assurance and maintenance of PM and Finance tools.
Project and multi-project management, including planning, controlling, service provider management, reporting, and preparation of billing bases.
Close coordination with client leads on forecasts, profitability, and account development, as well as preparation of relevant business updates.
Support with resource and capacity planning, including utilization checks and assembly of suitable project teams.
Offer preparation and calculation of internal and external services, as well as commercial support for pitches.
Operational PM support, sparring, and enablement for project managers.

Requirements

Several years of experience in an agency or consulting environment and a good understanding of the dynamics of project-driven organizations.
Experience in project and multi-project management and the ability to keep track of multiple projects, resources, timings, and dependencies simultaneously.
Strong commercial understanding in the service business with experience in budgets, controlling, different project types, forecasts, reporting, and profitability management.
Very precise, independent, structured, and hands-on working style with a high quality standard for numbers, data, and plans.
High degree of personal responsibility and commitment, as well as enjoyment in close collaboration with project teams, client leads, finance/accounting, and management.
