About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, highly personable, and enthusiastic Prefabricated Fireplace Installer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone mechanically inclined looking to break into the hearth industry with no prior experience necessary. You will be the last impression of our company, responsible for creating a positive and memorable customer experience. You will learn about our high-quality products, help customers realize their design ideas, and work with a supportive team to develop your professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Build good rapport with on-site customers.
- Manage schedule and time to efficiently complete jobs.
- Use company vehicle to travel to job sites.
- Complete pre and post paperwork on time and in detail.
- Keep track of on-site issues and report them.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
- Perform various logistical tasks as needed.
- Maintain organization of tools, vehicle, and files.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Physically able to carry 75 lbs up steps.
- Climb and work on ladders, roofs, and heights in excess of 25 feet.
Requirements
- U.S. work authorization and valid Driver's License.
- Current Driver's License with clean driving record.
