About the Role

As a working student in sales focusing on Partner Growth / After Sales, you will support our partners after contract signing, develop existing partnerships, and actively identify new revenue potentials. You will have significant direct customer contact and quickly take responsibility for your own partner base.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new partners immediately after contract signing, integrate them quickly into operations, and ensure a smooth start at BonFry.
  • Actively develop partners, analyze order volumes and potentials, and build collaborations in a targeted and sustainable manner.
  • Understand partners' businesses, identify cross- and upselling potentials, and proactively convert opportunities into additional volume and revenue.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships, identify risks early, and jointly develop solutions with contact persons when performance or order volumes fall short of expectations.
  • Manage partners data-based in the CRM, work closely with Sales & Operations, and continuously develop our after-sales processes, partner journey, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with at least two semesters remaining; field of study is not specified.
  • Enjoy communication, customer contact, and conveying commercial potentials persuasively.
  • Enjoy and frequently engage in phone calls as a primary mode of interaction with partners.
  • Possess initial experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, customer service, or the gastronomy sector (internship or working student roles accepted).
  • Understand the connection between strong customer relationships and commercial development, identifying upselling potentials without losing sight of long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively approach customers, identify needs for action, and take responsibility for partners.
  • Work in a structured and data-driven manner, comfortable with CRM systems, and capable of handling customer, revenue, and order data.
  • Possess fluent German language skills (C1-C2 level) for partner communication.
