About the Role
Amazon is seeking a smart, ambitious individual to join our EU Public Policy team as an intern. This 6-12 month internship offers real responsibility from day one, providing an unforgettable working experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will support new projects and initiatives, help drive performance, and build plans for the future, gaining valuable experience that will boost your CV.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Public Policy team in monitoring, research, and analysis of a broad range of policy issues across the EU.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing documents for meetings with EU policymakers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Public Policy team in working with Amazon's business teams to ensure alignment between business and policy goals.
- Assist in the organization of public policy events.
- Organize and coordinate knowledge sharing within the team and beyond.
Requirements
- Currently in your final or penultimate year and working towards a university bachelor's or master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or Law.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English and German at C1 level or above.
- Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week).
- Commit to a 6-12 months' internship with a Q1 start date.
