About the Role
As a Beauty Advisor at KIKO MILANO, you will be the face of the brand, creating elevated customer experiences, building confidence, and shaping how customers interact with KIKO. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beauty, people, and growth in a fast-paced, fashion-forward retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering engagements that empower customers through makeup.
- Build authentic connections to foster customer loyalty.
- Bring energy, creativity, and positivity to the shop floor.
- Support the Store Manager in creating a high-performing, inclusive, and inspiring team culture.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Sales Targets.
- Utilize customer insight to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Contribute ideas for improving KPIs, engagement, and sell-through.
- Understand the impact of individual performance on the wider business.
- Actively participate in product launches, digital learning, and training.
- Stay informed on new collections, hero products, and application techniques.
- Share inspiration from beauty, fashion, and social media trends with the team.
- Take ownership of personal development with progression opportunities.
- Follow operational standards for store efficiency.
- Maintain Retail Excellence standards for a clean, organized, and on-brand environment.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and delivery processes.
- Ensure consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Requirements
