About the Role

Tétris is Europe's leading interior fit-out company with a clear design & build approach. We support international retailers, hotel operators, and global industrial and logistics players in design & build and interior fit-out. The company operates in 14 countries worldwide, with a focus on the EMEA region. Tétris is experiencing strong growth and is looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Interior Fit-Out to join our team in Berlin or Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

Accompany and significantly shape projects from the initiation phase.
Independently manage new and renovation projects for office, hotel, and/or retail property classes nationwide.
Lead project phases (planning, tendering, execution, and handover).
Track cost and deadline targets and ensure required quality.
Contribute to and drive the success of Tétris.

Requirements

High problem-solving competence with strong initiative and decisiveness.
Entrepreneurial thinking with team and communication skills and a high service orientation.
Completed degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification (Technician, Master Craftsman).
Good knowledge of existing regulations (HOAI, VOB) and standards (DIN) as well as the latest technical developments.
Professional experience in construction and project management for office, hotel, and/or retail property classes.
Good Microsoft Office skills, and very good German and English language skills.
Quality awareness and assertiveness.
