About the Role

For an international luxury skincare brand from France, known for scientifically based care and high efficacy, we are looking for an experienced sales personality for the KaDeWe Berlin. You work 3 days a week / 23.5 hours in a professional luxury environment. Beauty or skincare experience is welcome, but not a prerequisite. The crucial factor is your ability to sell.

Responsibilities

• You actively approach customers and confidently lead sales conversations to a close.
• You build long-term customer relationships and practice active clienteling.
• You work with sales targets and take responsibility for your revenue.
• You advise international guests and regular Berlin customers individually and at a high level.
• You contribute your experience and own ideas to daily business.
• You work independently and yet reliably in a team of 5-6 people.
• You advise on high-quality luxury skincare; we will provide the necessary product knowledge.

Requirements

• You are interesting to us if you are already successfully working or have worked in luxury or high-end retail, for example in beauty, fashion, jewelry, watches, accessories, or a comparable high-quality sales environment.
• More important than your previous product category is how you sell.
• You should have: profound experience in active selling
• Enjoyment of discerning customers and high-quality service
• A confident and reliable demeanor
• Fluent German at C-level
• Willingness to work 2-3 Saturdays per month regularly.
• Experience with luxury beauty, skincare, or at KaDeWe is a clear advantage, but not a must.
• If you come from another luxury segment, we explicitly want to hear from you.
• If active customer approach, clienteling, sales targets, and closing strength are already part of your daily work, you can learn the product knowledge with us.

Salary/Compensations

• €1,850–€1,950 base salary + up to €330 bonus monthly
• Annual salary of approx. €26,160 to €27,360 gross with a 3-day week at 100% target achievement.
