About the Role

Drives brand growth and delivers best-in-class brand experiences in South Korea by leading integrated marketing strategies, managing brand performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch innovative consumer initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of annual and long-term brand strategies and business plans.
  • Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth through data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track key business and brand performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Lead the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across consumer touchpoints.
  • Partner with sales and trade marketing teams to create effective consumer promotions and activation programs.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with brand positioning and global brand guidelines.
  • Manage packaging development and adaptation projects in collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and in-market execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of packaging, artwork, and product-related initiatives.
  • Support portfolio development and innovation projects to strengthen category growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Support forecasting, budget planning, and financial reporting processes.
  • Track marketing investments and evaluate return on investment.
  • Ensure accurate management of marketing expenditures and vendor payments.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, food and/or confectionery with exposure to regional or international brand management environments.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with syndicated market data and consumer insights tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform insights into business actions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, showing strong collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • SAP experience is considered a plus.
  • Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
