Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects and provide technical support for commercial facilities.
- Provide specifications and schedule management for design firms and construction companies.
- Oversee tenant move-in/out, restoration, and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with property managers, on-site building management staff, and construction companies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Propose renovation projects to enhance property value.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in one of the following:
- Design and supervision experience at an architectural firm.
- Renovation project experience.
- Design, construction, or site management experience at a general contractor, subcontractor, or interior construction company.
- Building maintenance experience.
