About the Role
Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Operations Rare Disease Japan to support our Japan business in a hybrid work model. This role provides commercial operations and analytics support, collaborating with various internal and external teams to make a difference for patients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer targeting, segmentation analysis, and key account planning.
- Create insights through reports and presentations to support decisions.
- Develop patient cohorts, treatment journey mapping, and demand forecasts.
- Manage commercial field communications and approval processes.
- Maintain customer and activity data through CRM and master data processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with HR, IT, and key stakeholders.
- Support HCP contracting, meetings, events, sponsorships, and memberships.
- Thrive in changing environments and proactively solve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience.
- 5 years of global collaboration experience in commercial operations or equivalent.
- Understanding of Japan rare disease biopharmaceutical market dynamics, laws, and regulations.
- Functional field support experience in the Japan market.
- Expertise in data analysis and storytelling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Veeva, and analytical tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering against deadlines.
- Strong organizational, project management, change management, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Intermediate English and native-level Japanese communication skills.
- Experience in a biopharmaceutical field operations role, particularly in rare disease, is preferred.
