About the Role
This is a full-funnel demand generation role responsible for owning the strategy, channels, and campaigns for a product in the education sector. The role requires a hands-on and strategic approach, focusing on solving unique marketing challenges specific to teachers and school leaders. Responsibilities
- Owning the demand engine end to end, including strategy, channel management, and campaign execution.
- Managing the events calendar, from logistics to follow-up, including conferences, webinars, and roundtables.
- Building account-based campaigns to drive conversions from initial contact to paying customer.
- Establishing top-of-funnel presence in relevant buyer communities and networks.
- Leveraging wins into reusable assets like case studies and referrals for sales.
- Diagnosing funnel leakage, testing solutions, and monitoring performance metrics.
Requirements
- Genuine belief in the mission of closing the gap for overlooked young people.
- Currently based in the UK with the right to work without sponsorship.
- Proven B2B marketing track record with ownership of pipeline or revenue.
- Experience driving MQLs through events, ABM, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on competency in email marketing, automation, and nurture sequences.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to diagnose funnel issues.
- Hands-on competency using AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly and make direct recommendations.
- UK education sector experience, including familiarity with school procurement (strong signal).
- Experience scaling go-to-market from an early stage (strong signal).
- Startup experience (20-50 people) (strong signal).
- PR or earned media experience (strong signal).
