About the Role
You will work in partnership with clients on the development and implementation of restructuring measures or recovery concepts. This includes communicating to gather data and preparing it for management. You will analyze clients' financial situations, create integrated financial plans, and support them in developing and implementing restructuring measures. We will continuously prepare you for new challenges, allowing you to increasingly take responsibility for your own work packages.

Requirements
- Successfully completed Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Law, or a Bachelor's degree with initial professional experience.
- Solid commercial understanding with a pronounced solution orientation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Pragmatic character, constantly seeking new challenges.
- Communication skills for conveying complex issues verbally and in writing.
- Fluent German and English.
- Team orientation and willingness to travel (DACH region, sometimes beyond).
