About the Role
As a CRM Developer at Premium Credit, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, helping to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experiences, streamline business processes, and support ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Product & Technology team where your expertise will be valued, your ideas encouraged, and your development supported.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical SME for Dynamics 365 CE across Premium Credit
- Design, develop and implement new CRM features and enhancements
- Support and improve existing Dynamics solutions
- Develop integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
- Produce functional and technical solution designs
- Conduct code reviews and ensure technical best practice
- Support testing, releases and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and customer outcomes
- Keep abreast of Microsoft's latest Dynamics and Power Platform developments
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience
- Extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics Plugins and Workflows, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
- Strong configuration and customisation skills within Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Experience of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Portal, Microsoft Field Service
- Data migration and large-scale deployment experience
- SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft experience
- Must reside in the UK
- Provide internet speed at the application stage
- Subject to appropriate pre-employment vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check
