About the Role
Log my Care is seeking a fractional Chief Product Officer to guide the company through a transformational period. The goal is to leverage AI to accelerate product development, improve decision-making, and streamline launch processes, ultimately enabling providers to deliver proactive and improved care.
Responsibilities
- Lead three squads (3 PMs, two designers, product marketing) and collaborate with the leadership team and CTO.
- Establish solid product foundations and ensure alignment with Go-To-Market strategies.
- Develop a company-wide product strategy that fosters alignment and rallies the organization.
- Define and optimize the operating model for product development, including prioritization, scoping, design, and launch processes.
- Improve roadmap prioritization and communication, reducing friction for sales and customer success teams.
- Create company-wide clarity and alignment on product strategy to enable faster decision-making and delivery.
- Implement AI-enabled product and design tooling for insight, analysis, and prototyping.
- Develop an AI-enabled design system and a streamlined process from scope to ship.
- Coach and develop three Product Managers and two Designers, focusing on leveling and hiring.
- Lead the hiring process for a permanent Head of Product.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a product leader in VC-backed vertical SaaS.
- Experience installing operating models and demonstrating their impact on speed or predictability.
- Evidence of leading AI Transformation and changing functional workflows with AI to deliver value.
- Experience building product-sales alignment in B2B SaaS without creating a feature factory.
- Background in building mission-driven products or tech-for-good initiatives.
- Track record as a fractional CPO is a plus, demonstrating ruthless prioritization, delegation, and deep experience.
