About the Role
We are looking for a Founder’s Associate – Creative Projects to work closely with our founders and take ownership of creative projects that build visibility and excitement around Beam AI. You will identify audience resonance, understand opportunities for Beam, and translate insights into forward-moving creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Spot interesting ideas and emerging platforms where Beam can authentically show up.
- Generate fresh and unexpected ideas to increase Beam's visibility and memorability.
- Independently develop concepts, assemble teams, and execute ideas into projects.
- Utilize AI as a creative advantage for faster exploration, prototyping, and execution.
- Experiment with unconventional ideas, learn from outcomes, and adapt strategies.
- Track projects from conception to completion, analyze impact, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with founders, translating Beam's vision into compelling creative projects.
- Leverage AI for creative advantage in exploration, prototyping, and execution.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing tech, startup, or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and emerging formats.
- High curiosity about people, culture, technology, brands, and attention-grabbing content.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and creating structure.
- Genuine excitement about AI and its potential to transform creative work.
- Sharp creative instinct aligned with Beam’s DNA.
- Professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Portfolio or track record of initiated and executed projects (professional or personal).
- Experience working with AI creative tools for experimentation, prototyping, or content production.
- Experience working directly with founders, leadership teams, and fast-moving teams.
- Natural instinct for storytelling, visual communication, or content creation.
