About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap for YOOBIC Learn, a core product pillar focused on frontline employee training and development. YOOBIC is a platform designed to simplify and enhance the working day for frontline employees across various industries. The Learn product utilizes mobile-first microlearning, gamification, and AI to onboard, upskill, and certify employees, aiming to reduce onboarding time and improve business performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the direction, roadmap, and prioritization of the Learn product in partnership with the Product Director.
- Develop a clear point of view on frontline learning informed by customer feedback, usage data, and internal insights.
- Make evidence-based decisions on product priorities and trade-offs, defining the customer and commercial value of initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Pre-sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support to align product initiatives with business objectives.
- Turn customer problems and ideas into testable product opportunities through regular customer conversations and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Create clickable prototypes, mock data, and working concepts to validate ideas before significant Engineering investment.
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, and QA to translate validated opportunities into high-quality product experiences, writing specifications and creating prototypes as needed.
- Ensure AI-powered capabilities are developed with a practical understanding of model limitations and deliver sustainable customer value.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Support to ensure effective product launches, clear positioning, and strong product documentation.
- Define success measures, monitor adoption and performance post-launch, and use evidence to refine features.
- Act as the internal subject-matter expert for the Learn product pillar.
- Utilize AI as a core part of daily activities for research, drafting, analysis, and prototyping.
- Prototype before specifying, analyze before asking, and draft before delegating using AI-assisted tools.
- Work directly with data, using AI assistance for querying, cleaning, exploration, and visualization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS business.
- Experience owning a product area or feature end to end, from discovery through to launch and performance measurement.
- A strong product mindset, beginning with the user problem rather than a predefined feature.
- Ability to define the user, their goals, and the shortcomings of the current experience.
- Value-led approach to prioritization, with the confidence to justify build decisions and stop or reduce scope for low-value work.
- Hands-on working style, including writing specifications, building prototypes, testing product experiences, and analyzing product data.
- Experience making ideas tangible through rapid prototyping methods (e.g., clickable prototypes, no-code tools, light coding).
- Experience speaking directly with users and combining qualitative feedback with quantitative product data.
- Ability to distinguish between individual customer requests and meaningful, recurring market patterns.
- Understanding of how product positioning affects capability perception, sales, and adoption.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.
- Daily, practical use of AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and prototyping.
- Ability to build a working prototype independently using AI-assisted tools, no-code platforms, or light coding.
- Confidence working directly with data, including querying, cleaning, exploring, and visualizing it with AI assistance.
- Practical understanding of large language model capabilities and limitations.
- Strong curiosity, sound judgment, and willingness to change direction based on evidence.
