About the Role
PINSTACK is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Group Hosts, Party Hosts, or Event Coordinators. These roles are crucial for ensuring flawless event execution and creating memorable experiences for guests, ranging from corporate clients to birthday celebrations.
Responsibilities
- Host flawless events for corporate clients, schools, and churches.
- Responsible for the setup and breakdown of every function.
- Execute the food and beverage aspect of events.
- Create a fun and festive environment for children's birthday parties.
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with their needs.
- Serve food, beverages, and cake to party guests.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests inquiring about hosting events.
- Assist Sales Managers by answering phones and gathering guest information.
- Create contracts, take deposits, and organize banquet event orders.
- Ensure all parties have the necessary information for event execution.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Group and party host positions require a Food Handlers certification.
