About the Role
MSS Security is recruiting professional and reliable Security Officers, Controllers, and Senior Security Officers for high-profile client sites across Sydney CBD, Baulkham Hills, and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available for various experience levels at corporate, banking, commercial, and other premium environments.
Responsibilities
- Foot and mobile patrols
- CCTV and control room operations
- Access control and visitor management
- Incident response and report writing
- Locking/unlocking and site security
- Providing professional customer service
- Supporting site operations and security teams
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid NSW Security Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous control room or senior security experience is highly regarded
- Flexibility for 24/7 rotating rosters is a must have
