About the Role

Fieldfisher X is a unique community of experts, combining Full-Stack development with Legal Tech to tackle challenging greenfield projects with creative freedom. Responsibilities

Advise national and international clients on the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts, including supply, service, cooperation, distribution, general terms and conditions, platform terms, IT, and SaaS agreements.
Support companies in structuring and implementing national and cross-border business and distribution models, including digital business models and technology-related issues.
Advise on product compliance, particularly in product safety law, labeling and information requirements, and regulatory requirements for physical and digital products.
Advise on supply chain issues, performance disruptions, liability questions, contract terminations, and the out-of-court assertion or defense of contractual claims.
Advise on consumer protection matters.
Advise on international matters and possess knowledge of Private International Law and UN Sales Law.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of professional experience.
Sound knowledge in contract drafting, commercial, and distribution law.
Enjoy teamwork, project management, negotiation, and direct client interaction.
Possess a strong understanding of economic contexts and a desire to truly understand clients' business models, products, and operational processes.
Above-average legal qualifications and very good English language skills.
Think outside the box, question established solutions, and develop creative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approaches to complex issues.
