About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaboration on large, complex overall measures such as the parliamentary and government district, the post-Tegel airport utilization, the Molkenmarkt, or Lichterfelde Süd in Berlin.
- Participation in concepts and development studies.
- Coordination and support of binding land-use planning procedures.
- Coordination and support of project communication / public involvement procedures.
- Participation in the execution of competition procedures.
- Collaboration in the management and controlling of urban development projects.
Requirements
- Completed degree in urban, spatial, or regional planning or a similar qualification.
- Experience in the execution and support of binding land-use planning procedures.
- Experience in supporting complex urban development projects and project management.
- Experience in special or general building code law is desirable.
- Knowledge of planning law and HOAI is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, persuasiveness, and empathy.
