About the Role
Join our team to contribute to complex urban development projects across Germany, including major initiatives in Berlin. You will manage project timelines, costs, and procurement processes, supporting project leadership with technical and economic visualizations and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Participation in complex overall measures in Berlin, such as the redevelopment of Tegel Airport, parliamentary and government districts, the area around Hauptbahnhof, Molkenmarkt, and in Brandenburg.
- Independent assumption of tasks within construction project management in the areas of schedule and cost planning as well as procurement procedures.
- Support for project management on the construction site.
- Visualization of technical and economic issues and support for team and project leadership.
- Coordination of cooperation with internal and external interfaces, process controlling, reporting to superior bodies, and accompanying project-related communication.
- Handling of technical and commercial issues in close coordination with project teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Training as a state-certified construction technician, commercial training, or completed studies as a landscape architect, civil engineer, or similar qualification with relevant professional experience in project management.
- Experience with CAD programs and project management software, such as MS Project, is advantageous.
- Initial professional experience in the planning, construction, or real estate industry is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, implementation strength, empathy, and independent action.
