About the Role

Responsibilities
- Independent assumption of tasks in the context of construction project management in complex overall measures in Berlin, such as the post-use of Tegel Airport, parliamentary and government district, main station surroundings, Molkenmarkt, as well as in Brandenburg projects
- Participation in all five service levels according to the service description of project management of the AHO
- Coordination of specialist planners, departments, and authorities
- Contribution of planning ideas to the projects
- Independent processing in construction project management in the sub-areas of schedule and cost planning, controlling, carrying out award procedures according to UVgO and VgV, as well as construction site management
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, landscape architecture, traffic planning, settlement and water management, or comparable degree programs
- Experience in the preparation and implementation of planning tasks
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desirable: planning law, HOAI, AHO, VOB and/or BauO Bln
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, empathy, and independent action
