About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our growing Modelling & Insights team in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. This role focuses on solving complex problems within major transactions and capital investment decisions, partnering with leading private and public sector organizations. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to financial modelling and client success.
Responsibilities

- Build, review and enhance financial models that support transactions, capital investments and strategic decision making.
- Support project delivery and client relationships, while guiding and mentoring junior team members.
- Work across a broad range of industries, with the opportunity to develop a specialisation aligned to your interests.
- Learn from highly experienced financial modellers and advisers who work with C-suite and executive leadership teams.
- Build a long-term career supported by clear development and progression pathways.
Requirements
- A curious mindset and a positive attitude.
- A genuine interest in financial modelling and commercial problem solving.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (or a strong desire to build them quickly).
- 2+ years’ experience in financial modelling or a relevant quantitative role (e.g. audit, tax, consulting, analytics) with a desire to transition into modelling.
