About the Role
This role is responsible for order and returns processing, as well as customer support within the Customer Service Group's Order/Returns Team. The position contributes to society by handling medical devices and offers the satisfaction of overcoming challenges through teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Order/returns processing (input, checking, document creation)
- Customer management (registration, checking)
- General administrative tasks (internal inquiries, customer inquiries, phone calls, faxing, customer service)
- Sales and customer support operations
- SOX and audit support (as needed)
- Improvement of operational efficiency
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in order/returns processing or call center operations
- Proficiency in data input operations
- Business-level proficiency in Excel and Word
- Experience as a sales assistant or in a call center
- Experience in the medical or dental industry is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and a willingness to learn
- Possess a sense of responsibility and a challenging spirit
- Ability to handle customer interactions (dentists, technicians, hospital staff) via phone
- Familiarity with dental knowledge is advantageous for faster onboarding
