About the Role
Clio is seeking its first Legal Architect for Enterprise in APAC to establish and scale its Enterprise offering. This foundational role will shape how leading APAC firms and in-house legal teams adopt AI in their sophisticated legal work, transforming the legal experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with legal professionals to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI transformation.
- Lead consultative discussions and demonstrations of Clio's AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and guide AI adoption.
- Design high-impact pilots of new technologies with customers to ensure successful engagement and outcomes.
- Define pilot success criteria, focusing on customer outcomes and scalable value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to build relationships and influence adoption at all levels.
- Help customers navigate cultural, behavioral, and process changes for AI transformation.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content showcasing AI success stories.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing regional insights to product and sales teams.
- Represent Clio in the Australian and APAC legal innovation community and at industry events.
- Stay informed about AI trends, legal technology, and best practices, sharing knowledge internally and externally.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in an Australian jurisdiction with 3+ years post-admission experience (PQE) at a top-tier firm or strong in-house legal team.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders.
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence in front of legal and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, processes, and cultural dynamics of technology adoption.
- Consultative, solutions-focused mindset with curiosity about AI's potential in legal practice.
- Experience in technology, consulting, sales, or another client-facing role is a strong plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and a need for creativity.

- Base salary range: $131,800 to $178,300 AUD
- On-target earnings (OTE): $188,300 to $254,800 AUD
