About the Role
The Future Talent Program offers Cooperative (Co-op) education opportunities within the Research and Development Division, providing development and project experience for up to 6 months. This program is designed for candidates passionate about scientific research with strong academic records and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage in cooperative education for up to 6 months with one or more projects.
- Conduct research in areas such as Antibody Discovery, Protein Design/Engineering, Protein Characterization and Developability, Protein Expression and Purification, or Cell Engineering/Assay Development.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS/BA, MS, or Ph.D. in a relevant field with demonstrated interest or experience in drug discovery research.
- Possess basic laboratory skills in molecular biology, cell culture, protein biochemistry, protein expression and purification, or protein characterization.
- Have understanding and training in safe lab practices.
- Complete at least two years of undergraduate studies (BS/BA) or one year of graduate studies (MS/PhD) by June 2027.
- Be enrolled in an academic program at the time of application and continuing education for at least one semester/quarter after the co-op.
- Be available for full-time work for up to 6 months during June–November 2027.
