Responsibilities
- Learn to read and execute recipes according to quality standards and culinary policies and procedures.
- Spend time working on various stations including pizza, fry, sauté and grill.
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstations.
- Strict compliance with state and local health codes.
- Wash dishes and learn proper safety procedures.
- Learn different aspects of the line cook role to prepare for work in different areas of the kitchen.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must obtain a food handlers certification.
Salary/Compensations
- Line Cook: starting at $13/hr. based on experience.
- Dish Tech/Prep Cook: starting at $12/hr.
