About the Role
As a key member of a six-person legal group, this role reports to the Director, Legal, and is central to Riskified’s corporate governance, SEC reporting, and regulatory compliance as a dual-listed, Israeli-founded public technology company.
Responsibilities
- Manage critical work streams across U.S. securities law, Israeli Companies Law, and international entity management.
- Prepare Exchange Act filings and public disclosures.
- Support board and shareholder meetings.
- Advise senior leadership on corporate, regulatory, and strategic matters.
- Maintain company-wide compliance programs.
- Provide counsel on transactions such as securities offerings, financings, and acquisitions.
- Expand into commercial contracts, privacy, and other substantive legal areas based on skills and interests.
Requirements
- JD required.
- Bar membership in New York or another U.S. state.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm.
- Background in securities law, public company disclosure, and corporate governance.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
