  • Contribute to RFP/RFI and proposal response with concise security messaging, accurate technical content, and value-based differentiation.
  • Use AI-enabled workflows for account research, meeting summarization, competitive analysis, proposal drafting, workshop preparation, and follow-up planning while validating outputs before use.
  • Apply AI tools to strengthen opportunity strategy, accelerate response quality, and improve sales-cycle efficiency across security pursuits.
  • Share AI and specialist best practices with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to improve deal quality and execution at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity sales, presales or specialist overlay roles, ideally in enterprise or strategic account environments.
  • Fluent Japanese and strong business-level English communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across the region.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity domains such as DNS security, network security, cloud security, threat intelligence, zero trust, data protection, endpoint security, or adjacent technologies.
  • Proven success influencing field sales teams to grow security pipeline, progress complex opportunities, and close business across direct and channel-led motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage technical, business, and executive stakeholders and translate security capabilities into business value and risk outcomes.
  • Experience operating as a security specialist within field-led account and territory planning, providing strategic security guidance and opportunity leadership.
  • Working knowledge of value-selling or opportunity qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
  • Strong presentation, workshop, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor security messaging for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in customer-facing sales, presales, or specialist workflows, including copilots, prompt engineering, summarization, translation, and analysis.
