About the Role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work on diverse projects across various clients and industries. We are technology agnostic, offering opportunities to work across multiple tech stacks and platforms. Deep expertise in .NET is desired, with the agility to adapt to different stacks. Consulting skills, client advisory, complex problem-solving, and effective communication are top priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Implement technology solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Develop high-quality code compatible with existing patterns and architecture.
- Clarify technical requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Monitor industry developments and incorporate them into solutions.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
- Design and implement team-wide agentic coding workflows.
- Establish team standards for shared context management, prompt libraries, and reusable agentic patterns.
- Mentor engineers on effective AI-human collaboration in software development.
- Utilize development best practices such as CI/CD.
- Participate in agile development practices.
- Ensure quality through practices like unit testing and shifting quality left.
- Design systems for effective deployment and management in production environments.
- Use professional judgment while treating colleagues and clients with respect and compassion.
Requirements
- Expertise in modern API technologies & microservices for architecting and developing solutions.
- Strong technical and team leadership experience.
- Ability to code in .NET and willingness to learn new languages.
- Experience building and maintaining cloud-based applications (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Experience with agentic coding tools and ability to lead team adoption.
- Experience architecting development workflows that integrate AI assistance with human expertise.
- Understanding of AI code generation security and quality assurance frameworks.
- Proven experience establishing team ways of working with agentic tools, including shared context repositories, knowledge management, and prompt engineering standards.
- Passion for software development best practices such as CI/CD.
- Self-starter mindset with an ability to work hands-on and find answers amidst ambiguity.
- Values-driven and practical approach.
- Ability to take ownership, help teammates, and make sound decisions.
