About the Role
Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities in SAP Material Management (MM). Understand business processes, gather requirements, provide system solutions, and deliver quality solutions on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities in SAP Material Management (MM).
- Understanding business processes and working with business owners to gather new business requirements.
- Providing system solutions and delivering quality solutions on schedule.
- Configuring SAP MM module.
- Integrating the MM module with other SAP modules and external applications.
- Creating Functional Specification Documents and Business Process Procedures (BPP) for provided solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of direct experience in Procurement system support / Project.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP MM Module.
- Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
- Ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage.
