About the Role

The Future Talent Program offers Cooperative (Co-op) education opportunities within the Research Lab Division, providing development and project experience for up to 6 months. This role is within the Discovery Pharmaceutical Sciences Department, focusing on formulation development and manufacturing of various pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in a team environment to solve key challenges in formulation development and manufacturing.
Participate in departmental and project team meetings.
Present research results in oral and written formats.
Work closely with an experienced pharmaceutical industry scientist on a research project.

Requirements

Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior student pursuing a bachelor’s degree OR a currently enrolled graduate student pursuing a Masters or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Engineering.
Must be available to work full-time for up to 4-6 months during 2027.
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
