About the Role

The Future Talent Program offers internships lasting up to 12 weeks, including one or more projects. These opportunities within the Global Support Division provide development and a chance to assess long-term career fit.

Responsibilities

Provide environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance and technical support to local site business partners.
Support compliance programs including General Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Biosafety, and Air/Water/Waste Environmental programs.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelors/master’s degree in safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology or another technical program.
Completed at least 2 years of college coursework.
Able to work full-time for a period of 10-12 weeks.
Possess critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Ability to receive and implement verbal or written direction.
Ability to think critically about process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Prior internship or work experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety field or in chemical manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to convey ideas and explain decisions clearly and concisely is preferred.
Ability to work in a small team is preferred.
