About the Role
Partner with business leaders to manage operating expenditure and headcount, lead budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing analysis of workforce costs, and deliver clear financial insights to support commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage operating expenditure and headcount in partnership with business leaders.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing analysis of workforce costs.
- Deliver clear financial insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor actual performance against budget, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on vacancies, recruitment, and resourcing.
- Support month-end reporting, including accruals, variances, and cost reviews.
- Improve financial models, reporting tools, and workforce planning processes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote financial accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting within a complex organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse headcount, workforce, and operating cost trends.
- Advanced financial modelling and reporting skills.
- Strong Excel and data analysis capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and communicate financial insights clearly.
