About the Role
As a Partner Solution Sales Lead, you will focus on Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Platform (Azure) within the Corporate segment, driving revenue acceleration and growth. You will manage opportunities from commit to complete, working with a portfolio of Cloud Solution Providers (CSP) partners. This role involves leading the Partner Solution Specialist (PSS) team in Japan, offering opportunities for career growth, business acumen development, and deal structuring expertise.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate and close Cloud Solution Area (CSA) pipeline with assigned partners, leveraging investments to drive pipeline velocity in the Corporate business.
- Be accountable for CSA revenue forecasts across your partner portfolio.
- Drive Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) revenue growth through a scalable portfolio of partners.
- Coach partners on the value of Microsoft solution area plays and sales levers to drive strong business outcomes.
- Manage Top Deals with pinned partners and update information in MSX (Microsoft Seller Experience tool).
- Utilize investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression and encourage deployment and consumption.
- Achieve 40% of the total dollar value of all won/completed opportunities through co-sell with pinned partners.
- Support partners in advancing key deals, removing commercial blockers, and addressing competitive challenges.
- Lead the entire CSA PSS in Japan Corporate PSS team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development OR equivalent experience.
- Language fluency in Japanese and English.
