About the Role
Allegis Global Solutions is seeking Recruiters/Senior Recruiters to successfully fulfill high-volume open vacancies, acting as the primary point of contact for hiring managers' needs. This role involves driving best practices in recruitment and representing the Allegis Global Solutions brand.
Responsibilities
- Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
- Work proactively with the Talent Sourcing team to pipeline candidates.
- Ensure recruitment delivery processes meet account KPIs/SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Understand designated client business areas, including structure, business nature, and challenges.
- Communicate market intelligence and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Identify and escalate risk and compliance queries.
- Manage requisitions with accurate documentation according to legislation and client processes.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for forecasting, workload allocation, and activities.
- Coach candidates for interviews, providing professional advice and feedback.
- Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates, briefing them on opportunities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR.
- Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high-pressure environment.
