About the Role

This integral role provides a high level of service to guests and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the world’s largest W Hotel. The Whatever Whenever Supervisor should balance the needs of their team, guests, and the business while focusing on excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, standards, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Assists staff with expediting problem payments.
  • Pre-assigns room allocations based on reservation data.
  • Facilitates department meetings and briefings, communicating goals clearly.
  • Coordinates with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in.
  • Ensures rates match market codes and documents exceptions.
  • Secures payment before issuing room keys and verifies/adjusts billing.
  • Compiles and reviews daily reports, logs, and contingency lists.
  • Completes cashier and closing reports.
  • Provides guests with directions and property information.
  • Accommodates guest requests and follows up to ensure they are met.
  • Processes all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
  • Balances and drops receipts, counting and securing the bank at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Notifies Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
  • Assists management in training, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Services role or related professional area.
