Responsibilities
- Manage and report on clinical trials, post-market clinical research, and post-market surveillance.
- Handle procedural tasks, conduct monitoring, and manage audits at assigned facilities.
- Create and review relevant documentation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report and manage serious adverse events, deviations, and medical device malfunctions.
- Lead monitoring teams for assigned studies.
- Train and coach junior or less experienced monitors.
- Perform other duties as required by the organization or project.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience as a clinical trial monitor in a medical device company, pharmaceutical company, or CRO.
- Experience leading a team of 3 or more monitors.
- Experience managing key hospitals and university hospitals.
- Deep knowledge of GCP.
- Ability to read SOPs and related documents in English and create monitoring reports in English.
- High compliance and quality awareness.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think proactively and act autonomously.
- Ability to work collaboratively and value teamwork.

Work Type
- Hybrid (minimum 1 day/month in office)
- Requires willingness to travel for overnight stays and ad-hoc fieldwork.
