About the Role
Arcus FM is recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic facilities maintenance team, delivering planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites. This role is ideal for an experienced Maintenance professional based in or around the North East London area.
Responsibilities
- Delivering quality workmanship and first-time fixes, where & when possible
- Providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Independently managing maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including patch plastering, carpentry, floor coverings, wall tiling, lock changes, and general repairs
Requirements
- Time-served experience across multiple trades within a maintenance role
- Full valid UK driver’s license
- Confidence working independently and in customer-facing environments
- Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a good work ethic
- Sound awareness of Health & Safety regulations

- £30,724 per annum
