About the Role

Siena is building the intelligence layer for CX and launching new products. This role requires a creative leader who sets the taste bar for the company, drives creative direction, and ensures high-quality product launches. The individual will ship personally for the first year and eventually build and lead a small internal creative agency.

Responsibilities

Drive narrative and positioning across all launches, treating design as strategy.
Oversee all go-to-market artifacts including landing pages, launch videos, decks, and social media content.
Manage the design system from version 3 onwards.
Set and maintain the quality bar for all products shipping under the Siena name.
Build and lead a small internal agency of 2-3 people across design, motion, and content.

Requirements

Demonstrated taste and the ability to defend it with specific, well-reasoned opinions.
Proven track record of owning creative direction, not just contributing to it.
Strong narrative thinking and the ability to position brands effectively.
Experience using AI as a working tool and a desire to become technically proficient in shipping products.
Demonstrated range across different industries (e.g., fashion, art, consumer brand, editorial).
A history of shipping products successfully in fast-paced, chaotic environments with rapid feedback loops.
Ability to work with a founder team that reviews work directly.
Willingness to take on real ownership and solve problems autonomously.
Comfort with direct feedback, both giving and receiving.
