About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist competently and reliably in the practice, focusing on optimal animal care.
- Work in various teams for reception, surgery, dental treatment, and laboratory.
- Contribute to different areas based on experience, knowledge, and strengths, developing skills and actively shaping your role.
- Process samples and smears, and perform laboratory diagnostics.
- Greet clients friendly and confidently at reception and handle appointment requests by phone with patience and professionalism.
- Serve as an empathetic, clear, and trustworthy point of contact for pet owners through excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a veterinary assistant.
- Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and contribute personal strengths.
- Interest in actively shaping work processes and developing with the team.
- Willingness to take responsibility and support the team where skills are needed.
- Structured and conscientious work approach, maintaining composure in hectic situations with high appointment volume and demanding clients.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and empathetic personality.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
